A developer has proposed an eight-story apartment complex on the northern end of Little Havana in Miami.
The city’s Urban Development Review Board will consider plans for the 0.34-acre site at 752 and 758 N.W. Second St. on June 21. The application for the Botanic apartments was filed by property owner 752 & 758 NW 2 St LLC, managed by Ivanna Jimenez Ruiz, Jesus A.
Luongo Rodriguez, and Fernando J. Murzi Gonzalez of Forth Development in Miami.
